How to proceed at Nanna
1. We understand the family's needs
In the initial conversation, we outline together the schedule, responsibilities, professional and personal traits you want in the ideal candidate, traits "to avoid", ideal start date, remuneration.
2. We identify the right candidates
Taking into account the criteria and needs discussed with the family, we preselect the most suitable candidates, with the requested availability. We discuss the job requirements with each candidate and ensure that there is interest and compatibility. You receive from the agency the profiles of the candidates with a photo, relevant information about the applicant.
3. We organize the interviews
With your preferred candidates in the comfort of your home. After the interview, we discuss detailed and confidential feedback with both you and the interviewed candidates.
4. We assist in the hiring process
Once the candidate is selected, we draft the job description,
We guide the family in their new employer status and coordinate last-minute details before starting the collaboration.
5. Periodic follow-up
During the trial month we will hear from you periodically with feedback.

NANNA brokerage fee
At NANNA we work with administrative fees and success fees:
Full-time
Administrative fee (covers selection, interviews)
Success fee: 75% of a monthly payment for full time
Warranty period: 1 month
- The administrative fee covers the selection & interviews and is non-refundable. It is paid at the beginning of the process.
- The success fee is paid at the time of selection for the test. The success fee covers the 1-month guarantee period.
- The 1-month warranty period ensures a replacement at no additional cost
Part-time

Success fee: 100% of a monthly payment for part time
Warranty period: 1 month
