How to proceed at Nanna

1. We know you

We want to get to know you, evaluate your motivation, experience in the field. To this end, we organize an interview, create a candidate profile following the internal assessment at the agency. We collect the set of supporting documents, we make sure we understand your criteria for finding the ideal family.

2. Checking the recommendations

At Nanna, recommendations play an essential role. That's why, after your interview with the agency, we will ask you to provide us with some written or telephone recommendations. The recommendations will confirm your value and experience. Immediately after, the process of finding the ideal family can begin!

3. We recommend the right offers to you

Based on the criteria provided, we recommend the offers that suit you. We take into account the desired program, the area, other criteria important to you. Once we have identified the right offers, we send your profile to the family. We are one step away from the interview with the family.

4. We schedule interviews

We will coordinate interviews with those families who want to meet you. Interviews take place at the family's home, to assess access, meet family members, and assess resonance. We provide you with the advice you need before the meeting. After the meeting, we have a discreet follow-up with both parties.

4. Continuous support

Once the right family is found, we will be in regular contact to ensure the transition into your new role is smooth. We are just a phone call away for any advice you may need along the way.
