Alina
I am Alina Movila, a graduate of a pedagogical college, the daughter of a teacher and trainer in the field of preschool pedagogy, a graduate of Political Science, and a mother of 2 children.
Since childhood, I have been surrounded by books and literature in psychology and pedagogy, the library of my parents' house hosting a library with hundreds of books.
Sociable and intuitive, with social and human skills, graduating from college, I was attracted to the field of human resources. And in 2010, after 7 years of experience in the corporation, I founded the NANNA agency. I had no other tools at hand than motivation, work power, the conviction that I wanted to dedicate my experience and skills to a field that I know and where I find myself: domestic staff recruitment.
I am a mother of 2 children. I identify with busy and involved mothers. No one prepares you for the role of mother, but with much-needed outside support, we can more easily overcome the challenges of parenthood.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. That's right! Modern life often separates us from our origins and isolates us from the families we were born into. Many of the mothers I know do not have the help of grandparents, either because they are far away or because the latter are elderly. I do not promise that we will replace the grandparents, but we will strive to identify a new family member, a new loyal, affectionate, gentle and caring member.

Galina
I am Galina Mititelu, a mother of two, originally from the Republic of Moldova and settled in Bucharest. With a lot of experience in the corporate environment, and now dedicated to supporting families with babysitting and housekeeping services both in Romania and abroad through the NANNA agency. I have understood, from my own experience, how important it is to find the right people to take care of your loved ones and take care of your home.
Since 2017, I have turned this understanding into a mission: to help families find reliable, long-term people. I know that it is not just about hiring someone, but about bringing real support, a warm and responsible presence into the home. That is why I set the best intentions in finding not only experienced candidates, but truly suitable people for each family.
